Raina Gandhi is the Founder and CEO of Rising Tide Consulting, a company formed to activate professional women to overcome limiting beliefs and thrive in rooms in which decisions are being made. Through one-on-one and group coaching, workshops, and keynotes, she empowers women to stay in the workforce, take on leadership roles, and increase their voice when making business decisions. With over two decades of experience in investment banking, consulting, nonprofit, and higher education, she traded in a promising career in the financial services industry to take an 11-year hiatus to raise her daughters, and relaunched her career in leadership roles within higher education. She draws from her personal experiences facing barriers and obstacles that impacted her career trajectory and advancement, and is committed to meeting her clients where they are along their unique and personal career journey. She provides authentic guidance around gaining career clarity, navigating an effective job search, managing transitions, leading teams, overcoming imposter syndrome and negative self-talk, and returning to work after a career break. She strongly believes leadership teams benefit immensely not only when women have multiple seats at the table, but also when they bring their true authentic selves and perspectives to the conversations.
Raina leverages her various certifications in organizational development, leadership and women-centered coaching, change management (CCMP), and CliftonStrengths and Strength Deployment Inventory assessments as well as her Wharton MBA and experience as a career re-launcher to help leaders at all levels face diverse challenges with the goal of overcoming barriers and manifesting fulfilling careers.
